Participants in the workshop included PLC Member Mrs. Jihad Abu Zneid, Mr. Sam’an Khoury, Head of the Peace and Democracy Forum, and Dr. Taleb Awwad, lecturer at Bir Zeit University. Among the 75 attendees were representatives of local NGOs in Jerusalem. The workshop focused on the importance of ending the security crisis and strengthening the principles of law and order in Palestinian society. The speakers also stressed the importance of the PLC's role in monitoring the activity of the PA government.

-28^th, GI held a workshop at Bait Al-Tiffel Institute in Al-Izariyya in East Jerusalem entitled the “Culture of Peace and Confronting the Security Chaos.”
