Further to the reality on the ground in which Israeli soldier Gilad Shailt remains in Hamas custody, Geneva Initiative hosted a conference (November 21^st, 2006) raegarding the different aspect and dilemmas involved in an Israeli-Palestinian Prisoners' Exchange.
