The Palestinian Center for Polling conducted a poll on a representative sample of 1,450 Palestinians in Gaza during the end of January and found the following with respect to Palestinian public opinion on peace-related matters:

To what extent do you support or oppose peace negotiations between Israelis and Palestinians?

15.2%	Support to a great extent
48.9%	Support to some extent
15.6%	Oppose to some extent
11.1%	Oppose to a great extent
9.2%	Undecided

Do you support a “hudnah” with Israel for a limited number of years or do you support a peace agreement with Israel

24.8%	Support “hudnah” with Israel for a limited number of years
67%	Support a peace agreement with Israel

Should the attempt to revive the peace process fail, which of the following scenarios is preferable for handling the Palestinian cause:

38%	Dismantling the PA, blaming the international community and conducting resistance through Palestinian factions
37.3%	Unilaterally declaring a Palestinian State
24%	Developing a new strategy while leaving the PA structure as is
0.7%	Undecided
