Geneva Initiative in Sweden

On March 25-26, Israeli and Palestinian members of the Geneva Initiative representated the organization in a two-day conference in Stockholm hosted by the Social Demokraterna Party and the Olof Palme Center.

The two-day event, in honor of Anna Lindh was entitled "Peace Initiatives in the Middle East" and as such dealt with the Geneva Initiative and the Arab League Initiative as well as the current political climate and developments in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The conference was closed to c. 30 young Social Democratic and sister party representatives from across the globe as well as guests who included dimplomats and interntational community representatives in Sweden.
