Geneva Initiative meeting for Likud activists

On September 9th the Geneva Initiative hosted a select group of ten senior Likud party activists, members of the Likud Secretariat, Central Committee and Branch Heads – all graduates of our programs.
Observers of the Israeli political scene often ask themselves: What is the Likud's political agenda? Prime Minister Netanyahu speaks of a two-state solution, but does nothing about it. Other Likud Knesset members are demanding the annexation of Palestinian territories despite the terrible price this would entail. Many senior Likud members are fed up with this ambiguity.
The participants of this meeting will initiate debates within the Likud institutions on the need for the party to push Netanyahu in the direction of the Two-State Solution as envisaged by the Geneva Initiative. We will be there to help them, with guidance from our Israeli and Palestinian experts.
