On Thursday, June 23, Geneva Initiative Israel's Director Gadi Baltiansky briefed JStreet U's first-ever student delegation.

Baltiansky addressed the participants from Universities across the United States, who were visiting Israel and the West Bank in connection with JStreet U, about the current political situation in advance of September. He also discussed the core issues and the solutions agreed upon by Israeli and Palestinian negotiators in the Geneva Initiative; the place of personal narratives in shaping discussions about the conflict; and the role of the American Jewish community.
