Seminar schedule

On August 30th - September 1st, Geneva Initiative hosted a seminar for senior members of Kadima, Labor , Likud, and Meretz parties at Kibbutz Shefayim.

Approximately 60 such political leaders attended the seminar, which included lectures on the subject "Where is the Israeli-Palestinian conflict headed?"

The attendants participated in lively discussions on the subject, contributing their different views on the future of Israeli-Palestinian relations.

The closing session included a panel of three MKs, representing three of the factions present at the seminar: MK Yossi Beilin of Meretz, MK Ophir Pines-Paz of Labor, amd MK Prof. Isaac Ben-Israel of Kadima.

The seminar also included a lecture by Sufyan Abu Zayda, former minister for prisoner affairs in the Palestinian Authority and a prominent member of Fatah in Gaza, on the subject: "The balance of power in the Palestinian arena and the prospects of returning to the negotiation table."
