On July 1, GI Signatory, Col. (Res.) Shaul Arieli addressed leaders and citizens of Rehovot in a lecture entitled: "Israel and the Palestinians – Whereto?"

Arieli is considered an expert on the Israeli-Palestinian political process, the route of the future Israeli-Palestinian border, and the route of the separation barrier. Additionally, Arieli is the Israeli cartographer of the Geneva Accord, a former military commander of the Gaza Strip, and former head of Peace Administration under the Barak government.
