On July 15, GI Signatory, Col. (Res.) Shaul Arieli led a tour to areas of the security barrier around the Jerusalem envelope for members of the education administration. The tour began in the Modi'in area and included several viewpoints from Mount Scopus, Mount Olives, Abu Dis and Nebi Samuel.
