Joint Seminar for Young Activists

On May 23 we held a joint seminar for Palestinian and Israeli young political activists. The seminar took place over three-days and include lectures by prominent experts on aspects of the peace process

 

Israeli participants included parliamentary assistants from Yesh Atid, Ha'Tnua, and Labor party, as well as political activists from Likud and Meretz. The seminar took place in cooperation with our partners the Italian Center for Peace in the Middle East in the city of Milan, Italy. 

Throughout the three-day seminar, participants heard from various expert lecturers and discussed the core issues of the conflict. Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, former ambassador and senior activists served as keynote speaker for the group and presented that there is indeed a Palestinian partner for peace. Participants also heard from the international representative of the Milan municipality.

The seminar will be follow-up with joint activities and initiatives in the coming months.
