Labor party convenes to discuss the Arab Peace Initiative

The political committee of the Labor party convened on September 20th to discuss the the peace process and initiatives such as the Geneva Accords and the Arab Peace Initiative.
The Labor's political committee is the result of the participation of political party members of Labor in Geneva Initiative activities and aims to promote political debate within the party on issues surroudng the peace process. At the event, the initiatives were discussed at length. Speakers were MK Yitzhak Herzog, former PA Minister Ashraf al-Ajrami, Brig. Gen. (res.) Shlomo Brom, and former South African Ambassador Ilan Baruch. The meeting was attended by around 70 members of the Labor Party.
