Likud Activists Express Support for Geneva Model

On October 28-29, the Geneva Initiative hosted a seminar for activists from the Likud party.
25 Likud activists participated in our seminar and expressed support for our model for a negotiated two-state solution. The group met with senior Geneva Initiative figures, including Dr. Yossi Beilin, Attorney Talia Sasson and Former Palestinian Minister of Prisoner Affairs, Ashraf Al-Ajrami. Participants in the seminar, which took place in Ramat Gan, included the interim Mayor of Afula and other major party figures.
At the seminar's end, many participants expressed agreement with the solutions presented in the Geneva Initiative, and arranged follow-up activities for themselves and other activists.
Follwing the seminar, Israel Channel 7 News published an interview with one of the participants. Read the interview, translated from Hebrew by Geneva Initiative staff, here.
