Israeli and Palestinian GI headquarters call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza

  In light of the developments in the Gaza Strip and in southern Israel in the past few days, Geneva Initiative's headquarters in Ramallah and Tel Aviv jointly call for an immediate ceasefire between Israelis and Palestinians, so that the residents of the Gaza Strip and of the Israeli towns and cities surrounding Gaza can live normal lives.

GI educational program at Haifa's Leo Beck HS

  100 high-school pupils in 12th grade (senior year of high school) are set to participate in Geneva Initiative's educational program in the Leo Beck High School in Haifa. The seminar will culminate in a debate between former Deputy Defense Minister Ephraim Sneh and MK Arieh Eldad of the National Religious Party.

GI Conference: "Jerusalem: The Core of the Conflict, the Key to an Agreement"

  On Monday, December 1st, Geneva Initiative held a conference of experts on Jerusalem as a core issue of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict for almost 300 audience members. The conference featured both Israeli and Palestinian experts, among them Rafiq al-Husseini, Chief of Staff of the Office of Palestinian President Abbas.
