On Monday, December 17th, Geneva Initiative-Palestine Peace Coalition organized a political seminar in East Jerusalem.
The seminar began with an introduction PPC/GI Representative Sam’an Khoury on the current political situation and the Geneva Initiative.
He discussed previous experiences in negotiations, from Oslo to Camp David, highlighting how the issue of Jerusalem was tackled in the previous negotiations sessions.
Mr. Khoury also presented the effort made by the people behind the initiative to construct a model agreement demonstrating that peace is possible and providing a practical and feasible solution to the issue of Jerusalem. |
